As we have already mentioned, guest musicians are always welcomed by the Charivari Jazz Band in Unterbrunn. Such meetings have provided many of the musical highlights there. We have had the enormous pleasure of welcoming world famous jazz bands in the beautiful wood-panelled hall at Gasthof Böck:
- Chris Barber's Jazz & Blues-Band (GB),
- Metropolitan-Jazzband from Prague (CZ),
- Monty Sunshine and His Jazzband (GB),
- Mr. Acker Bilk and His Paramount Jazzband (GB)
- Dutch Swing College Band (NL)
- Leipziger-Jazz-Enthusiasten (D),
- Toll House Jazz Band from Columbus/Ohio (USA),
- Quartetto Etcetera from Cagliari, Sardinia (I)
- Blue Wonder Jazzband from Dresden (D)
All of these bands have spent evenings playing jazz with the Charivari Jazz Band in Unterbrunn. Not to forget the traditional jubilee jam sessions with musicians from the Munich area.
